Would recommend
I bought this pillow and now I don't sleep with out it. Like every pregnant woman, I had trouble getting comfortable and couldn't sleep. The first night I had this pillow I took off the case and have slept without it ever since. The other reviews are correct about it being itchy ($99?). It could also be a little longer. The way I've been sleeping with it though, it works. My husband also thinks it's pretty comfortable. It will be a good pillow to have even after baby is born. I would recommend this product for any mom to be who's having trouble sleeping.

I'm 7 months pregnant and can't believe I did without this pillow for so long. Why didn't I get it months ago? I usually sleep on my left side or back, but I found that I couldn't find a comfortable position and I wanted to keep rolling onto my back. My only negative observations (and the only reasons I gave it 4 and not a solid 5 stars) are: 1) I wish it was a bit longer. I'm only 5'4", but I could use a few more inches to tuck between my knees or to rest my feet on. 2) It is a little hot (not too bad--not as bad as some other pillows I looked at). 3) It is a little hard to get the case back on after washing (don't see how this could be...
