Versatile, well made product
I'm very satisfied with this product, been using it for about 2 months now. I wanted it primarily because of the vent clip, which works well enough except it didn't put it where I wanted it in relation to my steering wheel. Instead I used the suction cup. This suction cup is phenomenal. I set it once and its stuck since. Its done so in hot to below-freezing temps and is solid enough that I can make orientation adjustments without fear of popping it off.The actual grip for this phone is well thought out. The grip itself is a padded foam, so it will conform to the shape of your phone. Over only a few uses it retained that shape... not sure if my next phone will suffer from a loose fit, but my current one is very thin, so it shouldn't matter. I'd rather the foam be sturdy like this stuff than flimsy because without the foam the phone would fall out.The alignments are very versatile however they are all stepped, so you can't adjust it to whatever you want. I bought this for my van where I spend a lot of time driving. The price made me wonder if it could be as good as the 30-40 dollar phone holders.This phone holder surpassed my expectations and for the price, I have to give it a 5 stars!EDIT: I have now bought three of these! I LOVE this mount
I haven't had this too long, but so far I LOVE it! Here's why:1. I have an iPhone 4 in a nice thick protective case, and the arms on this mount are angled perfectly, and have a nice cushy foam on them, so they close gently but firmly on the sides. Holds the phone perfectly, which my last mount did not.2. The mount also has a "foot" that my iPhone sits on, and one feature I didn't see mentioned before is that this foot has a wide hole in it, big enough for the charge cord to fit through! On one of my other mounts, I had to leave the phone pushed up high in the holder, and snake the cord up and around the foot. With this one, as long as I've put my phone in straight, I can just push the cord up through the hole and plug it in, without moving my phone at all.3. I had a suction cup mount before, which seemed fine - when the weather was warm. I live in NY, and this winter has been cold enough that every time I tried to use the mount, as soon as I...

Fantastic customer support
This is a quality product from a company with superior customer support. For the price you cannot beat the build and materials of this mount. I was very impressed with it's quality compared to the one my girlfriend has from Verizon (we are never buying the Verizon one again, its useless).You notice I mentioned superior customer support. Right out of the box I did have an issue. My 08 VW Rabbit has a very very thin CD slot. The blades would not fit into my deck. I emailed Mountek and got a reponse from a person in <5min. 4 emails and 20 minutes later they had agreed to send me thinner replacement blades to swap out. It is now 4 days later and the new blades have arrived and the mount works perfectly. I'm almost jealous that I did not come up with this design myself. It works as advertised, easy to transfer from vehicle to vehicle and works flawless. Very sturdy and easy to operate. FAQs: My charge port is located on the side of my phone. Will this allow for me to charge it at the same time? Absolutely. Simply detach the support bar located at the bottom of the cradle, and you can easily mount your phone with the charge port exposed. Will the blade activate the CD's auto loader? Although all CD players are made differently, the plastic blade does not reach far enough to activate a CD player's auto loading function. If my CD player has a rubber/cloth dust guard, will the mount damage it? The max depth the nGroove blade can reach is 16mm or .63". If the depth of your dust guard is shorter than this, then the plastic blade might cause it to appear warped or wrinkled. I have an extended battery which requires a larger case. Will it fit? The MT5000 was not designed for devices thicker than .70", but you still might be able to mount your phone without its case. Superb Car Stereo
I purchased this stereo because I wanted a car stereo with Bluetooth, a little extra power, better sound quality, and flash drive support. I'm happy to say that this stereo performs all these functions well.Installing the stereo is just like installing any other stereo, except for installing the microphone. The best spot for the microphone is probably the A pillar (at the top). It sounds complicated, but the microphone took about 15 min. to install. I ran the cable down through the rubber seal on the side of the door, but how you mount the microphone depends on your car.The Bluetooth works very well. What I start up the car, the radio automatically connects to my phone. Music through Bluetooth sounds pretty good, although it can be a little fizzy. Call quality is great; everyone can hear me well (they can even hear the person in the passenger seat), and everything sounds right. A stereo has died in my 10 year old car and I've started looking for replacement.This unit fit the bill perfectly. Although, I never heard about Dual brand, little i-net search revealed that it is quite sound; not a no-name Chinese garage built.This unit is very feature rich and, as far as I can tell, so far all of them work. Can't comment on iPod interface, as I use any/everything but iCrap.Bluetooth works like a charm - picks up my phone when I start the car and stay connected. I placed a microphone behind the steering wheel. People can hear me well (better than a headset I used before, and I can hear them perfectly through the speakers. I purchased this Dual receiver because I wanted my phone to connect via bluetooth. Previously, I was using the aux/line in connector to connect my phone up to play audio and receive calls. The problem with this is that if you decided to switch the recevier over to CD or radio, any calls you receive on the phone go to... nowhere. With the bluetooth functionality, any incoming call mutes the other audio and plays the call over the speaker. I have tested this part of it, and it works well.One caveat: the included microphone has a clip that doesn't seem to clip to anything. I tried it all over the car: rearview mirror, air vents, plastic trim, nothing. I did finally get it to clip onto one of the air vents, but every time I touch it, it pops off. I will end up using a piece of double sided tape or velcro to fix this. I also tried it in my wife's car, a Ford Escape, with similar issues.
