I purchased this to charge my iPhone in my truck after my AT&T branded charger broke. I knew I wanted something small and sleek- This definitely fits the bill. It's not totally flush with the dash, but very close. It sticks out just enough that you can grab it to pull it out of the socket. Since it's a simple USB interface, I'm sure I could use it to charge other things, too; like a camera, or anything that charges with USB. The ONLY reason I didn't give this five stars is that I haven't had it long enough to really judge it's durability. It seems well made, but you never know. Top to learn more

Porsche Battery Charger from Suncoast
I was in the market for a new battery/trickle charger for my Porsche and found this onlineoffered by Suncoast Porsche. Their price was $65 less than what the local dealerwas selling it for. It works as advertised and haven't had any issues since using it. Igive Suncoast a 5 star rating for their ease of ordering and especially the fact that itwas delivered in 5 days rather than the 10 days that is normally advertised. AWESOME Porsche Charger for my Boxster

I am the owner of a 2005 Boxter-S, and like most owners who live in areas with inclement weather in winter, I park my car for much of the season. Versatile, well made product
I'm very satisfied with this product, been using it for about 2 months now. I wanted it primarily because of the vent clip, which works well enough except it didn't put it where I wanted it in relation to my steering wheel. Instead I used the suction cup. This suction cup is phenomenal. I set it once and its stuck since. Its done so in hot to below-freezing temps and is solid enough that I can make orientation adjustments without fear of popping it off.The actual grip for this phone is well thought out. The grip itself is a padded foam, so it will conform to the shape of your phone. Over only a few uses it retained that shape... not sure if my next phone will suffer from a loose fit, but my current one is very thin, so it shouldn't matter. I'd rather the foam be sturdy like this stuff than flimsy because without the foam the phone would fall out.The alignments are very versatile however they are all stepped, so you can't adjust it to whatever you want. Not Much To Say Except, IT WORKS!!!
Well, I don't know exactly why the passPORT won't work for the 1-star reviewer, BUT IT WORKED FOR ME! I got a Panasonic CQ-C7303U radio 2 years ago and then the iPod adapter for it over 1 year ago. At that time, I had the 5th gen iPod video, then after that crapped out on me, I got the 3rd gen. nano (8GB). Then I upgraded to the 4th gen. nano almost as soon as it came out, so I could have double the memory (16GB).Well, once I got the 4th gen. nano and plugged it into my radio, everything worked (it played/controlled through the radio), but I would get this message at the bottom of the nano's screen saying: "Charging is not supported for this accessory". (Or something like that.) And indeed the nano lost battery power much faster than it would listening to music through the headphones. (It makes since that more juice would be sucked up listening to music through the docking port.) Since I mostly listen to my nano in my truck (Panasonic radio), I depended on the radio... When Apple introduced its latest batch of music players, it quietly removed the last remnant of FireWire compatibility it had been keeping in to maintain compatibility with older accessories: 12V charging support.Unfortunately, this means the new devices cannot charge on older "compatible" docks, and even on recent ones because some manufacturers have been ignoring Apple's warnings and have persisted on shipping 12V devices even after being told support for this voltage was likely to disappear from new models of iPods.Luckily, Scosche was able to come up with an inexpensive pass-through adapter which lowers the voltage and supplies 5V to the right pin, essentially restoring the charging capability of your old device with your new iPod.There is not much to be said about the device itself: you plug it between the dock and the iPod, and it works.I have been using mine for several weeks with my iPod touch 2G with three devices it couldn't charge... Heavy duty splitter
This splitter is HEAVY and bulky. But if located correctly, these are advantages. I was using all 4 outlets with multiple swaps going on all day by people from different angles in the van, and there was never a problem with intermitant contact or loose contacts. I attribute that to the heavy casing and the heavy outlets. The only caution are the two tabs used to attach the splitter. They appear to be undersized if the splitter is hung. I used both the provided double-sided tape and the tabs to hang my splitter - it is quite stable. Top to learn more

Different then picture, only better
I received this item fast and I installed it in about 5 minutes. It came with double sticky tape and 4 screws so you can choose which method is best for you. I chose the screws because I wanted a more secure installation. I drilled the holes and mounted the bracket and the unit attached easily. I plugged it in and hooked up my key fob charger, phone charger and radio transmitter and had all 3 operating without a hitch. The unit is sturdy and mounted with the screws I had no problems plugging and unplugging my devices. The only thing I can complain about is that the item I received was not the same as the picture so they must have substituted. I have no problem with that as the substitution in my opinion is better looking and it works awesome. I would buy another if I owned another vehicle. I LOVE this mount
I haven't had this too long, but so far I LOVE it! Here's why:1. I have an iPhone 4 in a nice thick protective case, and the arms on this mount are angled perfectly, and have a nice cushy foam on them, so they close gently but firmly on the sides. Holds the phone perfectly, which my last mount did not.2. The mount also has a "foot" that my iPhone sits on, and one feature I didn't see mentioned before is that this foot has a wide hole in it, big enough for the charge cord to fit through! On one of my other mounts, I had to leave the phone pushed up high in the holder, and snake the cord up and around the foot. With this one, as long as I've put my phone in straight, I can just push the cord up through the hole and plug it in, without moving my phone at all.3. I had a suction cup mount before, which seemed fine - when the weather was warm. I live in NY, and this winter has been cold enough that every time I tried to use the mount, as soon as I... This is a quality product from a company with superior customer support. For the price you cannot beat the build and materials of this mount. I was very impressed with it's quality compared to the one my girlfriend has from Verizon (we are never buying the Verizon one again, its useless).You notice I mentioned superior customer support. Right out of the box I did have an issue. My 08 VW Rabbit has a very very thin CD slot. The blades would not fit into my deck. I emailed Mountek and got a reponse from a person in <5min. 4 emails and 20 minutes later they had agreed to send me thinner replacement blades to swap out. It is now 4 days later and the new blades have arrived and the mount works perfectly.
