2nd time is a charm
BOTTOM LINE: If you have the money to buy one of the name brand $600 DVD/Bluetooth units, then buy one of those because their interface screen graphics are much nicer. If that's not an issue for you, or if spending over $600 for a head unit is, then consider this head unit. This is my second review as the first unit came to me and turned on but did not play sound. Tech support was impossible to get ahold of the first time around. Props to Amazon for extremely speedy delivery of both the first and second replacement unit. Now, after receiving the replacement unit and installing it, the same problem occurred and it would not play sound. So I called tech support and surprisingly got right through this time. However the tech did not help and offered little support other than maybe there is a short in your vehicle or a blown fuse. After another hour of troubleshooting it myself I decided to swap the first unit's wiring harness with the new wiring harness. Problem solved...

Great deal from Amazon. (270 USD) with Amazon prime shipping. A lot cheaper compared with the other expensive ones in this tough economy. Pros: ----- This one is a new version, March 2009 release. 1. In-Built Bluetooth works fine and plays music directly from Iphone without having to connect any wires to it. No hissing nor static noise in the back ground. Audio from Bluetooth is crystal clear. 2. Rear view camera(bought a 40 USD camera from Amazon and hooked it up by myself), DVD player, FM(16 presets), all works as advertised. 3. Cheaper (270 USD) when compared to Pioneer AVH-P3100DVD with Blue tooth which comes to atleast 420 USD.(with the steering wheel interface) 4. I got Pioneer AVH-P3100DVD (just for comparison) and this unit and tried both of them in my Honda Pilot to check how it works and did not see any difference in quality. 5. Good for the Price
Great unit for the price. It does everything it says. Surprisingly, the bluetooth works better than some more popular brands. The interface is extremely cheesy. I seriously laughed when I first saw it. Also the loading time seems a bit slow whether it is a cd or dvd. The sound quality is better than expected. My old system was alpine type-r with 3 v12 amps (i know good sound). The only reason I gave this product 4 stars is because you really cannot beat the price. The rear view camera works flawlessly, sounds great, and has a great picture. There are some small features that are annoying example... when a call comes in though bluetooth when you end the call the track on the sd card starts from the beginning again. It is rather annoying, but overall I am pleased with my purchase.

Tales from My Little Mountain
First I would like to say that for those of you suggesting I get "real tire chains"... I have 2 pair that I've managed to get onto my tires exactly... never. If you'd like to buy 2 pair of 17" snow chains cheap just leave me a message, you can have 'em. "Real tire chains" might be great for some people, but if I can't get them on and off my car quickly and easily, they are useless to me. I live 1400 feet up a 2 and a half mile dirt/gravel road that stays ice and snow covered for weeks after there is no snow anywhere else in our county. I am a small business owner, so if I can't get to work, I don't get paid, simple as that. I needed a product that was easy for a 40+ year old woman to get on and off by herself 6 days a week. For the last 3 winters I have been using Spikes-Spiders, which I actually think is a fairly good product as well, but after being put thru the rigors of mountain life, many of the plastic components of the Spikes-Spiders were beginning to...

Excellent Engineering, but did not fit my wheels
I couldn't wait to get these, given Seattle's unexpected week of ice. The chains fit several tire sizes with clear instructions for removing 0 - 4 sizing clips for each size (all four for my 225/50-R17). These are as easy on/off as this video shows (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=opugSM6xs58). No need to get knees wet, or lay on the ground. The chains ride only on the tread and not on the back of the wheel/tire, requiring no inside clearance. The thin cable chains add only about 10mm to the top clearance. The ice grips are aggressive and the chain angles will provide lateral slide resistance. The set came with the tools needed to remove the clips and mount the lugs. The clips are put on from the factory with something like "Lock-tite". Recommend a 7mm socket to replace the wrench and your own good set of metric Allen wrenches (3mm). Only problem was the lug locking mechanism was too shallow to fit my deeply recessed lugs on the standard...

Works as advertised, but check your lugnut/bolt size
The K-22s work just as advertised. It takes a little extra effort the first time or two, but once you get used to the system, these are the easiest chains to put on you'll ever own. The traction seems VERY good, and the chains tighten around the tire perfectly. It almost feels like they are part of the tire (which means them off sometimes takes a little effort - just be sure you have some gloves you don't mind getting a bit dirty) I drive a car with 21mm lugnuts. These ship with 17 and 19mm fittings, so be sure that if you have a car with larger lugnuts you get the adapter. (Prius owners, this means you). They are available from [...] if Amazon is sold out. I haven't had these for very long, but they seem to be very high quality. The warranty is 1 year, but I would expect them to last much longer. And yes, the price is a little high, but it is a lot less than the cost of damage rims and certainly a lot less than internal damage to your cars braking mechanisms...

Way better than many reviewers give it credit.
I've read many of the reviews on Amazon and gaming websites. I have this game on the IOS and perhaps I should start there. On the iOS it is very hard to play (iPad). It is tough to race and get the power ups using the accelerometer and the game is just clunky. That's just on the iOS. Now on the 3ds this game is a fun and challenging game with better graphics than the pictures above let on. It is truly a fun arcade racer. I have Ridge Racer as well and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that this game is much better. ridge Racer is fun too but it has an annoying ladies voice in it every two seconds and the drifting gets old real quick. This game has many more challenges, race types, great graphics, better cars with customizations and auto parts, take downs, and it isn't too difficult but yet not too easy. Ridge Racer 3D or Asphalt 3D? Can't Go Wrong Either Way!
I bought Asphalt 3D first and I am happy with it. Then I bought Ridge Racer 3D and I am happy with that as well. I think they're both excellent racing games and you really can't go wrong with either one. Ridge Racer's graphics are a little more fluid and the cars handle a bit more realistically than the ones in Asphalt 3D in my opinion. The thing I like about Asphalt 3D over Ridge Racer is that you can do take downs and there is oncoming traffic unlike in RR where everyone is going the same direction. Also, Asphalt 3D has a pursuit mode where you run from the law which is always fun. BUT the thing I like about Ridge Racer over Asphalt 3D is the slipstreaming, the drifting, and the graphics are a tad less choppy looking. (Don't let that scare you. The choppiness is very minimal anyway.) The car handling in Ridge Racer to me seems a little more realistic than it does in Asphalt 3D. So, bottom line: If you want a great straight forward Racing game, get Ridge Racer 3D. If it's vengeance...

You know what you're getting
If you've played the Asphalt games for iOS, this is basically the same thing. In fact, it appears to be Asphalt 5. If you've played it for DSiWare, then this is that, but much better. Here's the thing: The 3D effect supercharges this game into something awesome. You know how you tend to pick up power-ups by trying to drive into the general vicinity of the items and hoping for the best? No more! With the depth perception offered by the 3DS, you can nail those power-ups each and every time. Similarly, I had a lot of trouble with take-downs in Asphalt 5. Judging the relative position of other cars can be tricky, leading to a number of near misses. With the 3DS, it's a snap! In fact, you can zip by passenger cars within inches and come off unscathed due to the depth perception of the 3DS. A lot of reviews have panned this game. Sony XNV 660BT - Great product
Three months ago I bought a new Nissan Altima 2011 and declined the factory audio from the dealer, saving $3000. I think that most cars come with or the dealers rip you off with the pre-installed audio video package and when plenty of choices out there these days, so why settle for less while paying more? So, I have been on the hunt for a great multimedia system for my new car, reviewing Pioneer, Kenwood and the rest of the breed of models. Finally, am happy that I made the choice for Sony XNV660BT. GPS is excellent, TomTom provides turn by turn so well, all nearby places of interest, and surprise, warned me of everything, including the Red Light cameras placed by the city. Saved right away a couple of hundred dollars there! The screen is awesome, crystal clear and DVD plays with vibrant colors. I bought Alpine 3 way speakers for the rear and with the Sony EQ, the sound is rich and full inside the car. BT works just fine, did sync immediately with my IPhone...

Great if your main use is GPS, Bluetooth phone and Bluetooth music streaming from your phone, Radio and DVD mp3 or DVD movies
I love this unit because it meets all our needs. 4 stars because of cons listed below. I installed it myself in a 2011 Honda Civic EX and been using it for about 3-4 weeks. Installed the unit by itself (No Satellite radio or backup camera added) Pros: -Bluetooth phone works well for the primary phone or primary driver (when my fiance drives the car, she has to manually go into the menu and click on her already paired phone in order for her to use it) - Sound quality for caller and receiving caller is great (had to reposition microphone to do this) -Bluetooth music streaming works very well with excellent sound. Pandora and all... Several reviews mention how hard it is to navigate from the unit, but if you just leave it on shuffle that's not a problem or what I do is just stream from my phone so I can easily use the phone's music app to navigate thru... I'm not the type to want to change songs all the time while driving, i have playlists I make based on...
